The Dutch Colonial
This was such a huge undertaking, basically a full gut down to the studs. (Fun!)
Just to be clear, I did none of the dirty work, just the pretty stuff.
The Real Estate Agent recommended me to the Private Investor and
I was hired to come up with a new kitchen layout, all interior paint colors, finishes and lighting.
Many hardworking trades were involved to make this happen!
I am grateful that I was a part of this exciting project!

Of course, I suggested that we had to bust through the kitchen wall and open it up to the dining room.
We all could envision a family living here and we knew that the dining room
being open to the kitchen was essential.

Ah, so much better cleaned up and pretty!
